Pupil Assessment and Tracking
New Assessment and Pupil Tracking software was developed by local IT consultants Wauton Samuel in conjunction with Sage and a number of Headteachers in Sage schools. It offers a huge amount of flexibility in the assessment and tracking of pupils' attendance and lateness. This not only reduces teacher workload, but also gives invaluable information about children's progress that can be collated and fed back to parents and children, to stress the importance of regular attendance and promptness. Sage has provided training and administrative support in the use of this technology and produced a 'Pupil Assessment and Tracking' Good Practice Guide.
