The Role of Middle Managers

Through its Leadership and Management programme Sage has provided consultancy support to individual schools and also collaboratives. One particular programme run was 2 half day workshops for subject co-ordinators. Below is the programme that was used for these workshops, which we hope will be of some use to other schools.
