Sage Educational Trust Literacy Resources
These resources are held at: Forster Park, Boundfield Road, London SE6 1PQ
A time-saving resource for teachers and support staff, available to all Sage Educational Trust schools on a loan system.
Loans will be made on a first-come-first-served basis and will be for a maximum of half a term, with a limit of 10 items and 15 rucksacks per time.
The items you requested will be delivered on the Friday of the week following receipt of your order and collected on a date agreed with you.
Please place your order at least a week before collection using the electronic form, making sure you include all information requested. Alternatively if you prefer you can email ( ) directly, making sure you give all the information requested on the loan form. A third method is to fax your completed form to 020 8695 9659, marked for the attention of Liz Pendry (download a Word version - 300KB - here).
Items are arranged under the following headings
- Story Props: Story-telling / Re-telling / Enactment (including books and resources to support class, small group and assembly story-telling, re-telling and enactment)
- Story Sacks (including books, games and equipment)
- Story Props: Take-Home Bags or Story-telling Props (rucksacks containing hard-back book and soft toy appropriate for school or home use)
- Story Background Resources Equipment / Story Settings (equipment to provide settings to encourage small group or individual story telling or writing)
- Story Props: Action Counting & Nursery Rhymes & Traditional Stories
- Topic / Display Boxes (books and resources to support topics and displays)
Please ensure that you return ALL of the contents. Some items are irreplaceable, as they have been made especially for the sacks. If the sacks are not complete they are less useful for the next person who borrows them.
