Contact a Family is the only UK charity to provide advice, information and support to all families with a disabled child, whatever the child’s disability.

Relate offers advice, relationship counselling, sex therapy, workshops, mediation, consultations and support face-to-face, by phone and through this website.

Take it Away is an Arts Council England scheme, designed to help more people get involved in music. Individuals can apply for a loan of up to £2,000 for the purchase of any musical instrument, and pay it back in nine monthly instalments, completely interest free.
