Forster
Park School put a slightly different twist on the Writers-in-Residence
Project that Sage ran, opting instead for a Songwriter.
The school worked with North
Downham Training Project (NDTP), who ran a songwriting course.
Forster Park has a very strong
musical tradition, with a highly successful choir (see picture)
and is keen to promote music, both in terms of singing and musical
instruments. This exciting work with NDTP was the perfect addition
to their musical ambitions.
